Nathan H. Mukoma is a political consultant and an international development professional with expertise in program management, political strategy, and advocacy.

With a deep commitment to driving change across Africa, he has successfully led and expanded multi-country initiatives while working at the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung – Regional Programme for Political Dialogue In Sub-Saharan Africa (PolDiSSA) . He has spearheaded impactful partnerships with political stakeholders, and played a key role in launching and managing educational and political programs in francophone and lusophone Africa. But also conceptualised and led advocacy campaigns with the Open Society Foundation raising awareness for various causes. . His work has spanned both content creation and high-level political analysis, helping to shape policy and social outreach across the continent. Fluent in French, English, and Lingala, he is passionate about fostering leadership, democratic governance, and youth empowerment in Africa.

Nathan H. Mukoma earned his bachelor degree from Monash University, a masters degree from the University of Witwatersrand and currently pursuing a doctorate in politics at the University of Pretoria.
